i had a great stay at the holiday inn express! the two-room queen suite was super spacious for my family with kids. jojo was incredibly helpful during breakfast, and the kids adored him. the staff really stood out, making us feel welcome. the easy check-in was a plus too!

The queen room offers ample space for solitude with two comfy queen beds, perfect for stretching out after a long day. Enjoyed the indoor pool, ideal for a quick dip or a leisurely swim to unwind during the stay.

The hallways and rooms had a stale smell that could use a refreshing scent. not the best first impression. Breakfast felt chaotic due to the hotel being fully booked, and finding ants behind the fridge and in the bathroom raised questions about cleanliness. The heater and A.C. unit seemed to struggle, producing cold air before warming up, requiring constant adjustments for comfort. Overall, some updates could really enhance the experience.

Great location and comfy beds!

We stayed for 2 nights and loved the comfy beds. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast had a nice variety, even had a pancake machine! Also, the snack bar was a cool touch. One small thing, the parking lot got kinda full at times. Overall, would def come back!

Our group had a fantastic vacation! We enjoyed spending time at the Camelback Ski Area and shopping at The Crossings Premium Outlets. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, with a great selection and friendly service. Rooms were comfortable, and the location was perfect for our adventures.

Housekeeping could use some improvement as they seemed a bit overwhelmed during our stay.

We had an amazing time at Camelback Ski Area! My older kids loved skiing down the slopes, while I got to relax and enjoy the beautiful snowy views. The staff at the hotel were friendly, and breakfast was a hit with the family.
